Most of our projects are local to us (Southern California), however Vertu Studio can design and manage your project in another state or country through partnership with a local architect, a commpn industry practice.

 

For these remote projects Vertu Studio will typically act as the Design Architect, working directly with the client to develop the design. We then collaborate with a local licensed architect familiar with local builders and regulations to finalize the plans and oversee construction.
